  Clean, organized and knowlegable staff. I was buying a specific printer ink and it had been hidden behind another one probably by customer. This was the third time the same associate helped me, plus this time she even checked me out! I joked I should just enter the store and look for her. It is nice to get good customer service like this!

  Friendly and professional cashier. Fortunately, I conducted my purchase early in the day so the check out wasn't lengthy as it is during lunch (Hint - either find another time to shop or add a cashier during peak 'check out' times. Glad that Staples had generic products so my office supplies' purchase was reasonable.

  I had a very bad experience at this Staples today. I went to print documents with a code and wanted to pay cash, so I asked for help. The employee told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, even though it would have taken only a few seconds to print, you should prioritize walk in customers. When I used the self-service printer, my documents came out with blue spots. I showed him, and he said ‘it’ll be ok, they will accept it,’ which is not his decision. I’m paying and I need clean documents. When I tried to reprint at another printer, he suddenly called me back asking for the code, but his attitude was rude. I used to purchase frequently, but for sure that I will avoid this location in the future.
