- KGKayla GrahamSep 22, 20261.0Everytime a package has to be delivered to my home, it’s always delivered to someone else home or either they lie and say that they tried to deliver package and never came to my residence. I’m so sick and tired and fed up with the we the residents had to put up and deal with the way the postal service handles our mail and packages. When Mrs.Irene was over our route in the bloomingvale we never had to deal with this type of behavior. She always made sure her people was taken care of. Please speak to you workers about the way they handling people mail and packages..

I assume the employees just don't feel like it and obviously the leadership allows that behavior. Hopefully they'll all get the opportunity to reenter the job market and find better-suited roles for themselves soon.
- NANita AvantMay 21, 20241.0Always closed, takes two hours lunches, management is quite rude, when I order things from online, NEVER DELIVERED and I have to go and get them from post office directly and then when I pick them up the workers are rude and says they tried to deliver said packages even though I have calmly explained that I have been home all day waiting for the package and I know they haven't even been down my road. But they turn it around to where I'm in the wrong and I'm a liar. By the time I'm leaving there I'm infuriated due to the rudeness and lies.

Someone with his attitude does not need to be in a post master position. Very nasty on the phone. If the postal service is not going to deliver packages for Amazon, they don't need to sign contracts with them.
