They would not reimburse me for destroying my yard so if I notice a postal driver on my lawn again I will have some words...All the drivers have gotten comfortable entitled driving on people's property but I bet if it was a workers yard it would be taken care of...There will be action if I see another driver straddling my yard and the road learn how to drive clowns

Have not received mail in nearly 2 weeks. The mail carrier decided to stop delivering my mail because my trashcan was "too close to the mailbox". My trashcan have been in the same spot for 2 years and it has never been a problem. I went to the post office and let them know that I have moved my cans 10 extra feet down the road, last week. Still have not received any mail.

Ordered a small item from QVC, package was turned over to our main post office here in Anderson,SC. Been home all day because tracking said it was out for delivery no one showed up, wasn't even left a note to pick it up at post office. Now I have to go and pick it up because they are not capable of doing their job. Just left post office and the clerk asked what she could do for me , I said I'm here to pick up my package that your carrier couldn't deliver, tracking said they attempted to deliver and left a pickup notice in box which they didn't. I also said they could have had the decency to leave me one or bring to door because I was home all day waiting on it She asked to see tracking # that was on my phone gave her the phone she put the numbers in then proceeded to call out the numbers, had to correct her 3 times, she had put in the wrong numbers. She went got my package put in the info and held it out to me, I took my package in my hands and pulled it toward me to walk out of building, as I was walking away she says for everyone there to hear don't you yank anything out of my hands, I didn't yank anything, when I put my hands on my package I assumed like a normal person she had let it go but she didn't I guess. Seems to me she wanted a scene but I don't do that I was raised better. I've contacted everyone I buy from, if the package is transfered to the usps and they refuse to deliver it then I won't pick it up, they can return it after 5 days sitting there. We are now living in a world where people don't want to work the just want the check.

Veronica deserves a promotion and raise. She offers consistent premier customer service with a smile. Not only has she helped my children and I but I’ve watched her deliver premier service to every customer she encounters. Veronica, thank you for being you and never change.!

Super convenient! I appreciate the kiosk where you can print off labels. Plus you can just drop the package in the parcel drop! I would guess some of the bad ratings are due to staffing as it seems like they could use more help. When I was there they had a long line, but were working to get the people through. Everyone was nice and professional. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend the kiosk! Pleased with my visit!
