- CSChip SnellingsMay 6, 20261.0Can’t deliver an overnight for 2 days, paid overnight on a Sunday, shipped on Sunday, and hasn’t shown up days later. I would rather use USPS than FedEx. The Anderson SC office has to be one of the worst
- JRJeremy RameyApr 30, 20261.0The delivery driver continues to sit my packages out on the side of the road literally 3 feet from the highway. They also sometimes don't even deliver the packages and send emails saying I wasn't home when I was literally sitting in the yard waiting on them. This place is in desperate need of management. Worst delivery service of all the carriers hands down. I'm not even going to mention all the destroyed packages I've received from them. Truly pathetic. I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option.
