  Have been waiting for a package for weeks. Supposedly according to their own system, it has been in the truck and out for delivery multiple times. Spent all day waiting at home only for no truck to arrive... It is absolutely ridiculous at how poorly this center is being managed. This has put such a poor taste in my mouth for FedEx that I am now in the process of opening a UPS account for my future business mailings. I want nothing to do with FedEx moving forward.

  TERRIBLE, use UPS! I went into FedEx to ship a package and was met by a VERY rude older woman with dark hair who was wearing glasses. As I walked up to the counter she YELLED for her coworker for help. When I inquired about how to ship a package back to a business she told in a VERY rude manner that returns couldn’t be shipped from here, although the company I was sending a package back from told me to use FedEx. It seems as though this person thought she hated her job and was doing me a favor by talking to me. Lady, if you HATE your job then do all of us a favor and QUIT! I’ll never use FedEx again.

  Can't even give you information that is on website cause they to lazy to look up your account until you ask them to then they tell you information you already know. Amazon lets them ship they products at a certain delivery date but they have a 3.1 star reviews I don't use them they are worthless

  I had to return a shipment to this lovely place and the boxes that the shipment came in were pretty beat up from FedEx when they were delivered. So I brought them back in the same condition and I was told that they are unacceptable. So I ended up having to spend $60 on new boxes and tape. After this experience, I now understand why. Tom Hanks' plane went down and they couldn't find him.

  My delivery was to my garage door and not my front porch where I have a camera, AND my delivered box was damaged like it was dropped. When I try to get anyone on the phone to address the problem, I got transferred 3 times, then I got hung up on. Total crap customer service.
