  Lady in the store has zero respect for a customer! She was absolutely rude and hateful for no apparent reason. Then refused to give her name! Will not be back to this location because it’s absolute trash!!

  I'd give zero stars if i could and honestly thought I had weeded out all companies that shipped with fed ex but sadly I haven't. Walmart also does yay for me! Been waiting on a package going on a week now. Always says Dylan is otw but ofc Dylan never shows up and then a little after 8 pm it changes to next day and so on and so on. I legit do not know why anyone uses FedEx let alone this location because greenvilles location does get it to you maybe a day late but not a week. Worst shipping company and this location has to be the absolute worst! Posting pictures of the last two packages I've had delivered from this location. The package before this one i ended up canceling and getting a refund thankfully! But all these pics are 2 packages thats just how much it changed! Ridiculous. Also adding a picture of yelp reviews look how many stars it has. They have to be paying to keep this one above 3 because there are way too many negative reviews

  Delivering my neighbor a package realized they couldn't get under some tree limbs in neighbors driveway from there backs into my side yard almost hits chicken coops backed over a push mower less the 1ft from my mobile home (almost hit the house) continues foward throws my neighbors package against a tree in MY yard an leaves out my driveway .denied it ever happening refused to let me see the footage also refused to pay for it Bob and his manager cant keep there lies straight flip flop alot in there story of the footage they are only allowed to see definitely doesn't hire professional drivers obviously to not see the limbs b4 driving all the way up to them then to decide to enter a whole other person's yard in reverse with the blind spots of a fed ex truck real smart

  The driver drove half of my driveway and return back to shipping center lying that the address was incorrect. I have been waiting for my package for 7 days after it was delivered in only 1 day out of state. For no reason my package is on hold for a week at this nasty hub center.

  This is the EIGHTH TIME FedEx has marked my package “undeliverable” because they can’t find my house. I’ve had packages show up MONTHS late. I can’t control who the shipper uses. I ordered 4 dresses for a trip next month to be told they can’t find my house. The few times I do get my packages, they show up late with a Google Maps print out of my house. I live in a “new construction” (4 years old) on a major road. It’s insane. So I go online to add delivery instructions and the website won’t let me update my phone number or address without sending a confirmation text to my OLD NUMBER (which I no longer have access to). Really need these ASAP so I can get them altered for a work trip in less than a month.
