  Don't waste your time going to this store. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Wasted 30 minute trip to come up here. Just go to an UPS store where they actually want to help customers.

  Order 4 8x3 Galvanized Planters boxes from Northern Tools on line and it’s been a total nightmare. First they were shipped from Arlington Texas on 9/10/2026 to Kennesaw Georgia, they made it there on 9/11/2026, but this is where it began to fall apart. They shipped they to FedEx in Anderson SC on 9/11/2026, they placed the on a delivery truck and was supposed to be delivered before the end of the day. They rode them around and back to the Anderson delivery department, and they sent me an email that they couldn’t find my home and they would be sent out again the next business day? Well I get another email that they are on the FedEx Delivery truck at 4:30 am this morning and would be at my home between 10:40 and 14:40, but no delivery?? Then I get another email saying that they still couldn’t find my address and would try again on 9/15/2026, but I just called Northern Tool and canceled the order because I can’t sit and wait on delivery from someone that can’t read road signs or an address that’s posted twice at the driveway, once on the mail box and once at the walkway and at the front porch. Pony express could’ve delivered it straight from Texas better than this driver or drivers.

  Very slow, a package can come from Michigan in 2 days but yet it sits in anderson 6 days. Every package I have got from there takes an extra week to be delivered.
