I had a package that was “out for delivery” yesterday and then around 5pm I got notification that the package was “delivered to a parcel locker.” I went to the mailboxes and no it wasn’t. No mail was delivered. I get that it was raining but good grief, do those people think they will melt? If they mark it delivered then there is no way to track it if it were not delivered. I have lived in several states over the years and this post office it the absolute worst. I had to file a complaint before about a package that was marked delivered but wasn’t.

Went today, and there were 3 tellers just chit chatting not waiting on customers. When I said something, they had me go to one line and helped everyone behind me and made me wait for the manager. They wanted to "put me in my place". Absolutely the worst post office I have ever used in my life. I will not return for any reason. The entire front staff should be disciplined or fired.

They don’t attempt delivery bc I’ve sat by my window and have waited for the mail truck to go to my mailbox and deliver my packages and they pass right by it and mark it as delivered. No wonder the government defunded USPS, they are so unorganized and inefficient in every way imaginable I wish we could change to the post office literally 3 minutes down the road from my house instead of having to drive 30 minutes across town to go see how to get my packages from them bc they cant do their job right
