- YLYvonne Dayne LuisMay 9, 20261.0I’ve been trying to call this office for more than a week now and NOBODY ever answers. They lost one of my packages with very important items in it. I initiated a missing mail search, nothing happened 3 weeks later. I now live in another state so I can’t just go to their office. I asked a friend to go in office to ask about my box but every question was answered with another question. Even USPS customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Getting a refund for their mistake is a total circus. Their service is very unreliable when it comes to issues.

The staff member said I didn’t need to return my old passport and I get an email that my application is on hold until I return the passport. It’s a major inconvenience that could’ve been avoided if this man knew what he was doing.
