NO ONE told me when I dropped off the item, and it was not listed Anywhere on the Springcrest website. I WOULD NOT HAVE RETURNED THE ITEM!!! I feel completely robbed. That is what happened. UPS and Springcrest should NOT be allowed to do this- rob people. I want my money back. Associate was rude and talked to his co-worker about her private life the entire time I was in the store. Terrible experience and will never return. If you don't like your job get a different job.
