I had a horrible experience with the printing department to the point that I left in tears. I wanted one 8 x 10 print on heavyweight paper. The employee told me to come back in two hours. When I came back 2 hours later, his shift had ended so I worked with a different employee. I had specifically asked for an 8 x 10, but the print was larger. I created a new file to resize the image, but it still did not print correctly. The employee was clearly frustrated with me and said that he couldn’t do anything to help me. I went to the Staples in Cranston, Rhode Island. The employee was extremely kind and professional. She fixed the issue with the image immediately, printed it immediately, and made sure that I was happy with the quality of the product. I will never step foot in the Warwick Staples again.

As usual, I have no idea how this place stays in business. Horribly overpriced and the “print center” could simply be replaced with a brick wall and they would be more helpful. I asked for an associate to help me print TWO pieces of paper that was coming out weird on the self-service printer. I just needed the print scale turned down a bit, so the edges of the document weren’t cut off. The associate was clearly agitated by my request, told me “all the printers do the same thing” and turned away from me before I could finish the conversation. If your print/copy center can’t help me turn down the print scale a bit so my document is correctly printed, I think you have a training problem on your hands. It’s honestly pathetic.

Very disappointed. The document contained both text and images, but the finished product printed only the text. None of the images appeared, making the materials unusable for their intended purpose. No one contacted us to let us know there was a problem before completing the order. Had we been notified we could have troubleshot the issue or provided a corrected file. Instead, we paid for a color print job that we cannot use.
