  I’ve had good experiences at this store in the past, and the other employees have always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was completely different because of the employee with green hair. At first, I thought my mom was just having a misunderstanding because she doesn’t speak English well, but after coming with her myself, I understood what she meant. My mom has told me that whenever this employee is working by the printer, she usually ends up leaving without being able to print what she needs. We politely asked for help printing a shipping label because we weren’t familiar with the printer, but she just pointed at the machine, stayed sitting at her desk, and seemed annoyed when I asked for help again. She didn’t even try to help us or call another employee who could. I also thought maybe we were the only ones who had this experience, but after reading the reviews, I realized we’re not. It’s disappointing because everyone else I’ve dealt with here has been helpful, and I hope management addresses this.

  6/16/26 at 7:15 PM: The printing department at the Warwick location has one girl, one girl who clearly lacks customer service skills, as well as the basic knowledge of respect for others. Referencing that one girl as dismissive would be doing her a favor as she hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question, which she would have known if she would have tried to terminate the call like a respectful employee of Staples. The Smithfield Crossing location on the other hand, has a supervisor named Elijah who is amazing, respectful, listens, and responds in a respectful manner. As well as asks if you need further assistance prior to ending the call. Warwick, please check your employee’s attitudes towards customers. I absolutely purchased what I needed from a different store at a lesser price. ♻️

  I always have a great experience here! The staff is super friendly and really helpful, whether I’m looking for office supplies or last-minute printing. Plus, the store is always well-organized and stocked!

  Went in to get some balloons. The cashier was helping someone so I patiently waited at the balloon stand. After she helped the guests she just went on her phone so I decided to walk over. I asked if someone could help me. She got on the walkie and I walked back over to the balloon counter. She then told me that is was going to be a 40 min wait because someone was on break. They had multiple people in the store at that time.
