- SCSusan ChristoffDec 14, 20245.0I don’t know why there have been so many negative comments but I noticed they have been from several years ago. I moved to Warren a little over two years ago and I absolutely love this little post office. Travis and Chris are always so friendly and efficient and helpful… Always a pleasure to walk in there and see them. 5/22… just an add on. Chris, the mail carrier for The Residence at 99 Water St can be added to the list along with the other Chris and Travis as being very friendly and helpful. My mail carrier Chris saw that I was on my way to the post office to pick up a package that was not able to be delivered and he said if I signed the back of the paper he would deliver it for me tomorrow to save me a trip. So helpful And I appreciate it!

- MNM NicoleDec 9, 20181.0This post office has continuously misplaced or lost packages of mine and my neighbors. They don’t follow protocol and they are very unprofessional. One of the stupid delivery men left my package outside the box because it didn’t fit in the parcel box and my package was stolen. You think they would reimburse me But I never even got a call back about what was too happen since it was their fault he didn’t follow protocol. They will give your packages to other people in the building rather than take it back to the post office and leave you a note. You’d think around the holidays they would be a little more cautious about the way they handle deliveries but no they aren’t. I’m still Waiting for a call back
