- LRLisa RoseJul 9, 20261.0I want to share my experiences with others I mailed out my package on June 16 from Wareham Massachusetts and my package stayed at Rhode island distribution postal service center for 18 plus days this is unacceptable and poor customer service due to the fact that you can’t even get in contact with with no one at this distribution center and this company because the phone hangs up when you call , this company should not be up and running!!! my package FINALLY got delivered 30 days later to George!!🤬🤬🤬 this place should be CLOSED DOWN !!!!
- RRRJun 29, 20261.0I would give this facility zero stars if I could. My package sat here for days without any tracking updates and missed its expected delivery date. To make matters worse, this was already a replacement shipment because the original package was lost before it ever reached me. I understand delays happen, but watching a package sit at the same distribution center for days with no communication or movement is incredibly frustrating. This experience has been unacceptable, and I hope USPS improves its processing times and tracking transparency.
