- SCstacy cristoMay 9, 20255.0I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.

I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!
- RARoc AngelJul 18, 20235.0I am an out of towner staying in the area. I've gone to the post office 4 times thus far. Only once did I wait more than five minutes. The agents are extremely friendly and have consistently gone above and beyond to help me.
- NNNormaOct 22, 20203.0Service was somewhat fast and extremely nice and helpful. Reasons for only three star: directions on Google map took me the back way and it was difficult to find. The actual road " Bailey road" is really the parking area on the side of the building where the entrance is. The waiting area is very small and there is no automated mailing machine or stamp machine.
- JLJeanne LeiteAug 7, 20171.0My mail is usually missing. Some gets returned and some doesn't. My mail carriers blame each other. I am told to "ask around" to see if someone else received it. That is not my job. My mail should be delivered to me. The postal workers make excuses and are never helpful. I like to order things on line but am very apprehensive now, because I will make a purchase and never receive it. I have no recourse because tracking states it has been delivered to my address but if it is in the WRONG mailbox, I never receive it. Why can't I just get my mail???!!!!
