- NNNormaOct 22, 20203.0Service was somewhat fast and extremely nice and helpful. Reasons for only three star: directions on Google map took me the back way and it was difficult to find. The actual road " Bailey road" is really the parking area on the side of the building where the entrance is. The waiting area is very small and there is no automated mailing machine or stamp machine.

- JLJeanne LeiteAug 7, 20171.0My mail is usually missing. Some gets returned and some doesn't. My mail carriers blame each other. I am told to "ask around" to see if someone else received it. That is not my job. My mail should be delivered to me. The postal workers make excuses and are never helpful. I like to order things on line but am very apprehensive now, because I will make a purchase and never receive it. I have no recourse because tracking states it has been delivered to my address but if it is in the WRONG mailbox, I never receive it. Why can't I just get my mail???!!!!
