- SSScarletJul 15, 20261.0Would give zero stars to this location! This is the third time they have said package has been delivered to mailbox without package being available. I’m starting to think it’s the employees that are stealing packages and acting as if they delivered it to the wrong mailbox. This has happened several times and when you go in person to ask , they all act confused as if they don’t know what’s going on and there are no disciplinary actions to make sure that employees are not stealing packages. To the point I had to download the inform mail app to keep track of my mails when coming in because this behavior is starting to get out of hand. I hope the state can put stop to this!

- SKSusan KolbJun 2, 20225.0Before I went here, I happen to see the reviews online. The first one was positive so it prompted me to go there to do my business. I'm very glad that I did. I had some issues with a passport application that I sent it. I couldn't really understand what the issue was. The clerk, Dawn, went above and beyond to resolve this and helped me do all of the additional extra paperwork that was required. I'm very appreciative. Very positive experience.
- JRJ RSep 17, 20181.0This place just outright SUCKS!. From the people who work there to the ones who deliver your mail. I'm going to post a few pictures of my mail, mind you some legal and bank documents I had to edit my info. But who the heck does this to ones mail? I am so irritated with the lack of customer service skills, but then again I mean, look who it is. Any other area I've ever lived in, when your mailbox is full. They put a note on your box letting your know the rest of your mail awaiting for you there; NOT SMASHED into oblivion in this small box!
