UPS put the wrong shipping label on my package due to their own mistake, and as a result, my package was lost. I have proof that the error was made by UPS, yet they refuse to take responsibility. What makes it even more frustrating is that they keep telling me they are still searching for the package, which shows they don’t even know where it is. If this happened because of their mistake, they should be held accountable and provide a proper resolution. Does anyone know who I can contact or what department I should escalate this to? I would really appreciate any advice from someone who has been through a similar situation.
- JJJeecaJul 17, 20264.0Girl at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Parking isn't great so I had to walk which was difficult since I have a back injury. They only have 2 parking spots dedicated to them and pulling in and out of the small lot is horrible. Quick and easy service tho
