    I had purchased a mattress from Amazon, which I needed to return. I spoke to 6 people at Amazon who told me, eventually, that if I brought it to UPS, they would package and ship it. Once I arrived, the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me wrap and tape the mattress. The best UPS experience ever!

    Was great place friendly workers. Now new cust. Svc personal rude, obnoxious tones can't even look you in the face. I'm there every week to pickup and now calling me to pickup the packages becuz of new owner rules. I had 5 pkgs. Sad very sad.

    Very attentive, nice, patient, and easy! I came in with 10 boxes to ship across the country and it couldn’t have gone more smoother. I appreciated the patience and friendliness I was met with, any other worker at any other postal office would’ve given me a much different experience.
