  I was highly impressed with this DHL branch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The space is tidy and well decorated (never thought I'd day that about a mail courier storefront...). Staff held my packages at the location for several days while I obtained additional contact information from the intended recipients, which was required for customs. I mostly interacted with Chadi, who was very kind and completely transparent about recent cost increases and realities of international shipping at present. While I hope for the sake of my wallet that I don't need to mail a package internationally anytime soon, I will most certainly be going back to this location.

  I had an excellent experience at the DHL Express Service Point in Providence. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the shipping process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was packaged and documented correctly. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated how patient and efficient they were. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable shipping services and exceptional customer care.

  Amazing! We were totally stressing about shipping a few packages from Massachusetts to Nigeria. We had it all packed, labeled and listed and the owner, Chadi, praised our effort and proceeded to help us repack and tried to save us money! He spent a lot of time with us to ensure that everything would be accepted by Nigeria. We will totally do our shipping through Chadi’s DHL store!

  I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly clerk to help me with my shipping needs. I originally used USPS to try and deliver this package to a friend in Croatia and after months of it circling the Atlantic the package was returned to me. I now have things back on track with the help of Christian and DHL with full confidence, it will make it to its final destination.
