- RFRobert Fredette1 day ago1.0If there was zero stars i would. Everytime I go in here doesn't matter what time of day. There is always one person working. And one person in the back that just sits in the office and does nothing. Let's the line get long because they take passport appointments over the general public. If they're going to do passports, they need to have two people working the front counter, this is exactly why people go to FedEx and U. P. S complete waste of time and the employees don't even care.They just sit there and may make small talk and make the process even longer than what it needs to be get them in and out, or have two employees working the front counter.It's that simple
