- SMShane MurrayFeb 25, 20251.0Postmaster lady, on the older side, tried to charge me for a box that was already paid for. To not delay people behind me, I paid for it again. She was EXTREMELY rude. Get a new Postmaster!

To date, the recipient still has not recieved and I dropped the letter in the drop box at the post office. Reliablilty of the Post office is severely impaired. If you want even the simplest mail to make it to its destination, use anything but the USPS. Horrible horrible service! If I could give zero stars I would.

- LSLisa Marie SchultzDec 8, 20182.0ugh I sell on etsy and twice shipped about 10 packages that were prelabeled/prepaid. They have huge bin you put prelabeled/prepaid items in. Each time there were several items that arrived to the buyers broken. I do this every week, so although I am aware they could have broken at other stops, they were going to different parts of the country and the one thing they all had in common was this post office. One box of Corningware was completely smashed. I have never seen anything like it. Every once in a while when I ship from other post offices, one or two items every three or four months might arrive broken, so this was definitely not normal. The folks at my post office in Warwick are really nice, why so surly at this office? I also ship from Franklin, where I work and they are SO FRIENDLY! Franklin also has a bin and it's very rare that something is broken that is shipped from that office. I pay a ton to wrap in bubble wrap and packing peanuts so they must have really done a number on my packages. Hateful.
