Upon opening the door to simply put a letter in the mailbox, I was greeted by a female employee being extremely rude, almost shouting, to another customer who entered same time as I did, except she needed help from the counter. Well the person at the counter was not pleased at all that a customer would walk in 3 minutes before closing. The Hispanic customer managed to be calm and let the employee know it wasn't 5 oclock yet. Instead the employee rudely says, "She's just not understanding me!" The employee had been speaking loudly about how she was already helping her last customer and not taking any more. She then continued with "we don't leave at 5 when we closw, we have to make deposits, get the mail ready for the truck" among other useless information. She has blonde short hair with glasses. So watch out! She might be having a bad day! I'm sure she's never walked into business close to closing. Totally disrespectful.
