  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I followed the directions from Amazon for a simple return. The package was never opened and it was in the original box. The young person behind the counter stated that it was not in the original shipping boxed/bag and refused to accept it without me purchasing another package. Amazon instructions stated they would box it and tag it to send it back without no cost to me. The only thing I needed to do was show him my return code on my cell phone. He was unprofessional and rude. It should also be noted that the person in front of me was able to return his items without the original box. I purchased the return package because I didn't have the time to go to another location. My suggestion to the owner is that you need to have employees that represent your business in a more caring and professional manor. This employee cost you a steady customer who uses UPS for all of his business. So, for that small fee for a return envelop it cost your business a steady client who spends serious money through your business. If you want to be successful you need to have thoughtful and professional people working for you. BTW your employee was a male with blue hair, just so you know who was unprofessional. Maybe he needs to be addressed on how to interact with customers in a kind and understanding way!

  Lately I have been going to the UPS store on Atwood Ave in Cranston, RI. I had Bob and Gina help me and I wanted to let their managers know how well I was treated and promptly solved my issues!

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS Store. The workers were unwelcoming, rude, and dismissive. I came in with a simple question, and the guy acted like helping me was a chore. I’ve never been to a UPS Store where I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees just by asking for assistance. The overall vibe was uncomfortable and unprofessional that I didn’t even end up shipping out my order. Customer service should not make people feel like they are bothering the staff. I definitely would not recommend this location.

  UPS is genuinely the worst shipper in America. Employees were rude and unhelpful the one time I went to this store for help with a legal document and today will be the second time I had a package marked delivered but it never came/was stolen by the employee. Most terrible company ever and I truly wish everyone that works there all the worst.

  Went in to drop off a item to ship. The guy with dark hair pulled back was bothered by helping me. Seems to be a trend with this particular person. Other associates are nice. Iasled hom a few questions on pricing. He was annoyed. Pulled out a calculator and gave me a range after rollIng his eyes. I was so upset, i said forgetit took my package went to the post office. Horrible guy. Will never go to get humiliated again.
