  I utilize Staples for many work related projects over the years- my advice would be to become more customer obsessed. More eye contact, more thank yous, less chatting with neighbor employees while working the register. Overall, options are to great online and brick and mortar to take anyone for granted.

  If I could give 10 stars, I would! I received excellent customer service the moment I walked through the door. I had several transactions to process, and Cam at the register was incredibly patient throughout. Nic, the manager on duty, went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, helping me select a new printer and answering all of my questions. Employees like Cam and Nic should be cloned and sent to the Warwick location to teach them how it's done! This is officially my new go-to Staples!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Staples with Nick, who works at the Party City Balloon Spa inside the store. I walked in to purchase a few balloons and have them inflated, expecting this to be a relatively quick service. Instead, Nick was extremely rude and told me that he wouldn’t be able to inflate the balloons until 40 minutes after I purchased them. For a walk-in customer purchasing just a few balloons, that seemed completely unreasonable. I understand that employees can get busy, but if the store is offering balloon services and party supplies, there should be a reasonable expectation that a handful of balloons can be inflated within 10–15 minutes, or at least that customers are treated respectfully and given a reasonable explanation. The attitude I received from Nick made the experience even worse. I would strongly encourage management to address both the customer service and the way the balloon service is being handled. If the store cannot accommodate basic balloon inflation in a reasonable timeframe, it raises the question of why the service is being offered in the first place. Very frustrating experience, and unfortunately one that will make me think twice about using Staples for party supplies in the future.

  I wish I would have noticed the name of the employee who helped me in the printing department because she deserves recognition. I went to the Cranston store on 8/18 at about 4:30. She was so kind and very professional. I had previously waited 2 hours for a print at the Staples store in Warwick. The size of the print was not coming out correctly and the employee was rude - dismissing me, saying that he couldn’t help me. The employee in CRANSTON fixed the issue immediately, printed it immediately, and made sure that I was happy with the quality. She was fantastic!
