I'll start by saying the negative ratings given to this location by hundreds of people is accurate and deserving. I have assisted a senior citizen that lives near this location for several years. The Coventry location is closest to their home, so I have gone here on and off over the course of 4 years. I also operate my own online luxury resale business, which requires me to visit the post office very frequently. ***I have had NUMEROUS packages "disappear" and never turn up specifically from this location*** I DO NOT recommend leaving your packages with labels on their counter!! You ABSOLUTELY should get your receipt EVERY time. I most frequently go to the West Warwick location. I have left my packages on the counter there for 5 years and NEVER had one package disappear. I HIGHLY recommend and trust them! As stated before, I don't trust leaving packages on the counter at this location. So, I wait in line regardless of the wait time. It's not worth the high risk of it "disappearing" The previous times my items were stolen (really no other explanation), I spoke with management. They only tried passing the buck, and seemed far less than eager to do their only job. Today, I was the third person in line when I arrived. As I stood in line, I watched the SAME female manager playing with Halloween decorations and socializing as the line grew and grew. They never came up front to help as the line grew. One representative was doing a passport while the other dealt with someone whose mail was also lost. I waited 20+ minutes with only 2 people in front of me. When it was my turn, I asked why their management regularly did not help. They said the managers were not capable of running a register, because they couldn't even log in. Excuse me, what?? So, I asked how they were able to show them how to do their job if they couldn't even do it themselves? No answer. Why is it always management that are the most entitled and laziest employees of everyone? It's upsetting to see people who make less money actually working while someone who makes tens of thousands more per year playing with plastic pumpkins on the clock. This is hard working tax payers money being squandered. Someone needs to check in on this place. I asked for the supervisors name and they refused to provide it. I arrived at 1:11pm today if that helps with determining who it was.

Spoke to someone yesterday About getting my money back for 2-3 day shipping, It’s been over a week And the package is Still not at its destination I was told to come in person But when I arrived I was told there was nothing that could be done about the issue , when i asked why pay for 2-3 day shipping if it’s going to take over a week I was met with attitude and was told there is nothing they can do , why pay for shipping if it’s going to show up way later than expected

I usually give the line about a solid 60 seconds -> 2 minutes before I decide whether or not I'm staying in it... if it doesn't move within 60 seconds at all, and the people behind the counter look like they don't care... I'm out. It's hit or miss. Love it when there's no line though!

Great service. Friendly people. Clean. Just be careful driving. Entry way is a bit narrow.
