On several occasions the person ( different ever week) behind the counter has no idea what they are doing. Unable to answer questions or unable to even recognize what a prepaid priority mail label looks like. They even tried to give the UPS guy their out going Postal packages for the day not even recognizing that it’s a completely different company. It might be convenient location but save yourself the frustration and headache and drive to Waynesboro or Shady Grove post office.to do business.
