- JWJessica WJul 11, 20261.0Extremely poor service, very disappointing when it’s a place to send packages. I unfortunately went here to mail two packages during my lunch break. The clerk told me she didn’t know how much it would cost since my envelopes weren’t flat and I should go to a location with self-serve. I was astonished - she had a scale right there and it’s the place you send packages! I even asked to buy a puff package instead of the envelope I had and she said she didn’t know how much it would be to mail what I wanted. It was so backwards, I just thanked her and left. Later, another post office was happy to assist. Absolutely ridiculous service!
