- TGTipp GMay 23, 20264.0The young man who is assigned to this office is amazing. He does his job quickly, efficiently and with a smile as he gets you in and out as fast as possible. He has no control what happens with packages after they are shipped off. So him as a person and his customer service skills are amazing. Only problem with this office is since this is such a small office with low traffic the hours are horrible; the only negative.

The package was supposed to arrive yesterday. They are just shipping it today. I am definitely having this investigated further.
- JMJacob MMar 19, 20263.0If you think that a post office that is about the size of a postage stamp would give a warm and small town vibe, you'd be wrong. Between the short hours and lack of any pleasantries in conversation, only worth visiting in a pinch.
- KMKenneth McDonaldApr 27, 20191.0I purchased an envelope in the post-office that had defective glue on the closure and asked the postman if he could place a piece of tape on the package. He said, “He doesn’t do that.” I was pretty entertained by the statement, considering I had just purchased the envelope in the post-office. This lackluster customer service will gaurantee that I will be sending business to UPS and Fed-ex, even if It means that I have to drive farther to do so. I am not surprised that the Postal Service is doing so poorly when they employ lazy and entitled employees who do not value customer service. This is even more fascinating since their salaries are augmented through tax-payer dollars.
