Volunteer's Financial Services will prepare financial statements tailored to the management of the company. Reports generated include: Income Statements Balance Sheets Budget and Budget -vs- Actual We will assist with the upcoming year's budget and prepare the Form 990. We currently work with more than fifty fire companies and ambulance squads on a monthly or quartely basis. Trying to take some of the burden off of the Treasurer or just looking for a way to have your bills paid in a timely manner? Our Accounts Payable service was created with these situations in mind. Simply send your approved invoices to our office via UPS - we supply the prepaid labels - and we will process the invoices the day thay are received. The invoices, completed checks along with a check register are sent back to you for signature. Quick turnaround is key when paying bills - you drop the bills at UPS on Monday, we'll receive them and process them on Tuesday and they will be delivered back to you on Wednesday.

BUDGETING & LONG RANGE FORECASTS Volunteer's Financial Services provides financial forecasting and consulting services for your fire company or ambulance squad. Create basis for forecasting which uses the last three (3) years actual data as a base. Forecast income, expenses, debt service with cash flow analysis for the next 15 years Meet with the Board to review initial projections and revisions Finalize projections and provide the Board with information to attend municiple meetings to explain financial needs of the company

VFS has been financing apparatus for volunteer fire companies and EMS for over 27 years and will arrange all of the financing with a tax-exempt loan as well as a 2% State Loan. VFS provides all of the services listed below at NO CHARGE when we arrange the total finance package - We put that in writing, no one else does! Volunteer's Financial Services will finance your construction project with a tax-exempt mortgage. This is only available to volunteer fire companies, and most local banks are unfamiliar with the requirements. We are experts in the field.
