  I had a great experience with Staples in Wyomissing. My computer had a virus and I had to purchase a new computer. Justin was extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction with no pressure to purchase a computer that did not fit my needs. I highly recommend this store.

  This staples store has got to have the most rude young cashiers I've ever had to deal with. Dropping off an Amazon return, she barely acknowledged my existence. I believe she was extremely angry about something and in a hurry. During my most recent visit there for office supplies, a couple months ago, I had the same experience with a different young cashier. I'll not be using this Staples again.

  Next day pick up ended up being a week later with very little communication about the fact that my cards would be that late or I would Have chosen a different place. This is the second time I have orders that did not come when they were supposed to Without communication as I only knew this when I went to pick them up and they were not there. I now have a promotional item that is useless because I missed my deadline and spent a lot of money to have all of these printed with no satisfaction given from staple Since it was their error. I would be careful expecting next day from the wyomissing PA Store. it seems their marketing machines do not work a lot of the time and then when they send your item out, it might not be in The timeframe you need. Unfortunately, very Unsatisfied…

  I wanted to have two posters laminated for a Memorial Day parade that my wife is participating in. I informed them that the posters would be hung from the side of the car doors and that grommets had been installed to ensure they hung flatly along the doors. However, when I arrived, the posters were rolled up tightly, secured with rubber bands. I explained the importance of the posters being flat and pointed out the grommets, explaining that they were designed to allow the posters to hang flat on the car doors. Despite my explanation, the lady informed me that the instructions did not specify this requirement, and she mentioned that they were currently busy and could not address the issue until next week after Memorial Day. I inquired if I could speak to the manager, but she informed me that he was on lunch and would not be available to speak with me. I requested the regional manager’s phone number, but she advised me to visit the Staples website since she lacked the time to look it up. Ironically, several customers who were also planning to place orders walked out with me because they were unwilling to experience the same inconvenience. I would’ve put zero stars on this rating, but it would not post until I at least put one star.

  I dropped off a package for Amazon. It looked like I was supposed to get a coupon to use in the store but none was given. I asked if I was supposed to get a receipt but was told it was sent to my email. When I asked questions about where to find a restroom or how did their system know my email address, the employee answered but seemed to be indifferent. After using the restroom I took the empty soap bottle with me to alert the clerk. It had been flushed out with water so as to get every last drop of soap so it had to be empty for quite some time. I showed the two clerks. They looked at each other and didn't say a word. I didn't stick around but it didn't look like they cared enough to replace it
