They work at an extremely slow pace and god forbid you ring the bell and ask for help at the front desk they will find a reason to ensure your work does not get done. Someone needs to replace people working here, maybe they hate their jobs.

I had several important documents to mail out and felt rushed which concerned me because I wanted to make sure that everything was done correctly. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional since the door was still opened. I hope nobody else experienced this! Hopefully, everything was done correctly! Other than that I have no complaints.
