  The store manager (female) was nice initially when helping to locate my package and several others whose were missing. Once they realized the packages sat in their store for a few weeks her mood change when my refund for shipping was declined by the store. I was told that since the store paid for the shipping (that never left their store) I can not get my money back. I asked for more clarity and she said “are you done” very aggressively. I recommend using an actual ups store or an entire other shipping company. This was my go to location for shipping until this incident.

  I have visited this location twice and both times I was served by a very kind young lady by the name Shaire. She has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond. She exhibits true customer service and it shows that she's not only knowledgeable about her job but that she loves what she does. Thank you Shaire

  There were 14 people waiting in line and only one UPS employee working there. We waited 25 minutes for one customer who mailed several packages Why do they only have one person working here? There should be two people working here. I guess this is a cost saving device. This is absolutely ridiculous!
