She has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond. She exhibits true customer service and it shows that she's not only knowledgeable about her job but that she loves what she does. We waited 25 minutes for one customer who mailed several packages Why do they only have one person working here? There should be two people working here. I guess this is a cost saving device. This is absolutely ridiculous!

- FLFrank LedwithApr 15, 20261.0Lady at the desk will decline your packages and make up rules on why they wont take it just because she doesn’t want to work. Brought to jenkintown immediately after and talked to a manager, nothing was wrong with my package. Lazy and uninformed.
