  I send out packages daily, all over the world. This is the second time I’ve shipped through DHL, and both times Sam was behind the counter to help me. I am ALWAYS met with a big smile and a calming, patient voice, helping me successfully mail out my packages and even assist with confusing issues I may run into with odd addresses and customs forms. Sam is beyond helpful, and I always appreciate seeing her smile and welcome me to the store. I can’t thank this location enough, and specifically Sam. I’m so glad I decided to visit, and plan to many times in the future. Thank you Sam! If anyone has trouble locating the store (there is a lot of traffic going in and out daily and it’s easy to miss), it’s directly between Advanced Diagnostics and Chestnut Hill Family Care.

  Sam is very good. DHL giving great service here in Wyncote. This is second time Ian coming here had a greater experience all the time. As usual Sam game me prior guidance whatever I need. I always choose this store for international shipping. Best service than ups and fedex also price friendly.

  I had an excellent experience at the DHL ServicePoint in Wyncote. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth, organized, and much faster than I expected. I especially want to recognize Sam for doing such a wonderful job. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my shipment was processed correctly. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Sam truly went above and beyond. She made me feel valued as a customer and handled everything with great attention to detail. Her professionalism and friendly approach made a lasting impression.
