- HHHelenaMay 31, 20265.0Treating people the way you wish to be treated actually works well--coupled with awareness of the actual hours of operation AND their lunch time. I have been a customer for 3+ years and have NEVER had an issue with any of the USPS employees. Service is always GREAT.
- LML MijaMar 19, 20261.0I’ve visited this location twice this year and once last year, and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist has been consistently disappointing. Her demeanor comes across as unprofessional and unfriendly. She often remains on her phone while assisting customers and speaks in a dismissive manner, asking “What do you want?” instead of offering proper assistance. On multiple occasions, she simply placed my stamped envelope on the counter without any communication or confirmation, leaving me unsure if my transaction was complete. When I asked for clarification, her response was reluctant and accompanied by an unwelcoming attitude. Additionally, I noticed that she appears to complete customer surveys herself rather than allowing customers to provide feedback directly, which raises concerns about the integrity of the process. Overall, the level of customer service at this location needs significant improvement. I hope management can address these concerns appropriately, as professionalism and respect are essential in customer-facing roles.
