- MRM RoachJul 17, 20261.0It’s amazing how my package made it from two other countries faster than it has when it arrived in the United States at one place And now that it’s in Lancaster distribution center it has stopped completely And the post office is not even 10 miles away and it’s been there for days it blows my mind that the United States Postal Service in New York houses customs plus the post office and everybody else and moved it faster than Lancaster was able to
- SCsidney CDec 12, 20255.0Today, I observed employee Susan of Willow Street go the extra mile in helping an elderly customer who physically only had one hand. The other employee Susan who is temporarily helping at Willow Street was friendly and informative when helping me. I have always received great service at this post office which I visit 1or 2 times a week.

A shorter woman with shoulder length dirty blonde hair has zero customer service skills. She was glaring at me when I approached the register and then refused to assist me in purchasing paid postage for 8 envelopes. These two employees seem to have forgotten they work for the taxpayers.
- CWChristina WestJan 16, 20245.0Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time. Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.
