- KCKrishna Chaudhary4 days ago1.0Very disappointing customer service. The staff was rude and provided incorrect information about the tracking number for my Priority Mail envelope. Another USPS location confirmed I should have received it at the time of purchase and provided one immediately. Staff should be better informed and treat customers with courtesy and professionalism

The only employee in there at the time was on the phone with his friends having a full conversation while I was trying to get help shipping very personal documents. He couldn’t even hang up the phone and proceeded to incorrectly process and ship my package. It’s been a week, my package was not delivered or returned and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. They didn’t even seem to care at all. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience.

There is a very rude somewhat young black female that always has a nasty attitude and gives dirty looks to me. Every single time. She has even been rude to my elderly mother. I hate coming to this location, I've never had this issue anywhere else. Based on the reviews, seems like multiple staff have a bad attitude problem here.
