  I was immediately greeted and called over to an open computer for assistance. The associate was friendly, quick and efficient.

  I use this UPS Store pretty often for Amazon returns. The staff is generally friendly, but my biggest issue is the lack of consistency with small things like tape. At another UPS Store I normally use, they don’t charge me just to put a little tape on an Amazon return. At this location, sometimes an employee will help without charging, while other employees charge for even a small amount of tape. I understand the store has expenses and Amazon returns may not pay much, but the policy should be consistent no matter who is working. The staff is usually nice, but the different experience depending on which employee helps you can be frustrating. Clear and consistent policies would make the experience much better.

  On August 17, I shipped two packages marked “FRAGILE” at this UPS location. The employee wearing glasses did not greet me and handled both boxes very carelessly, even throwing one onto the floor. Unfortunately, one package arrived damaged. I’ve had good experiences here before, but this visit was very disappointing.

  terrible experience. i had a package that needes to be delivered next day early a.m. and i had already processed the shipment ... all i needed was for it to be picked up and taken to the hub which is literally 5 minutez away butt apparently i had missed the pickup which was kinda silly being that they are only 5 minutez down the road from willow grovez hub (i used to work there - retired) butt now you can't get anything besidez a small carton or letter through. also i did not appreciate the lady who worked at the ups store snide comment. a little compassion / empathy and respect goes a long way.
