- ZHZandrea HerbertMay 12, 20261.0Can't get anyone on the phone. AFTER NO ONE attempted my delivery but held it at the location for pick up. FOR WHAT? Just to make my life hard? Phones open at 830 am voicemail is full and nobody answers at all!. Called the 800 number too and still cant speak with a human. How are we supposed to speak with a post master?
- OAOtmane AatikMay 9, 20265.0I had an extremely stressful situation where my child’s passport showed as delivered weeks ago, but we never received it and our international trip is coming up soon. I went to the USPS office looking for answers. the lady at the front desk was not helpful and seemed more focused on getting rid of me than answer my questions but supervisor Craig stepped in and completely changed the experience. He took the time to investigate the issue seriously, tracked where the package was scanned, explained possible next steps, and genuinely cared about helping us. Even more impressive, after the post office closed on Saturday, Craig personally went out to investigate further, discovered the passport had been delivered to the wrong mailbox, recovered it, and drove his own car to hand-deliver it to my door. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare today. Craig went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. You can tell he truly cares about helping the community and improving service at this location. Thank you, Craig. USPS needs more people like you.
