- LLLeeJun 12, 20261.0Customer service is 0/10. No one answers the phone, and when you do get help, they seem more focused on getting rid of you than actually assisting you.
- KKK.G.Jun 12, 20261.0Very unprofessional. I came during their posted passport walk-in hours after confirming with three different people that they could process my passport application. It’s also listed on their website. When I arrived at 11:55 a.m., I was told they couldn’t help me because they were about to go to lunch. That makes no sense customers shouldn’t be turned away during advertised walk-in hours because staff are taking a lunch break. If walk-in hours are from noon to 1 p.m., customers should be able to receive service during that time. How are customers supposed to know not to come during walk-in hours because an employee is going to lunch?

Phones open at 830 am voicemail is full and nobody answers at all!. Called the 800 number too and still cant speak with a human. How are we supposed to speak with a post master?

I went to the USPS office looking for answers. the lady at the front desk was not helpful and seemed more focused on getting rid of me than answer my questions but supervisor Craig stepped in and completely changed the experience. He took the time to investigate the issue seriously, tracked where the package was scanned, explained possible next steps, and genuinely cared about helping us. Even more impressive, after the post office closed on Saturday, Craig personally went out to investigate further, discovered the passport had been delivered to the wrong mailbox, recovered it, and drove his own car to hand-deliver it to my door. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare today. Craig went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. You can tell he truly cares about helping the community and improving service at this location. Thank you, Craig. USPS needs more people like you.
