- AMAli MoyerSep 3, 20261.0I have had packages not even picked up when they are scheduled to be picked up. Why bother scheduling for them to be picked up when they never get picked up when they are supposed to be.
- NNNevaehAug 29, 20261.0I have been having problems with only USPS since I moved into my new place two years ago. Three times they’ve said that I have moved, or my mailbox was full (3 pieces of paper taking up 5% of my mailbox) and stopped delivering stuff to my house, causing bills and checks to go back to the sender and me not receiving them. I wish I could file a personal complaint towards the person who keeps doing this to me, but unfortunately within USPS there is no accountability held. They repeatedly flipped my name tag on my mailbox over onto vacant even though I wrote on the vacant side do not ever flip over, hoping they’d get the point. This is the biggest joke of mailing service that I have seen. i’ve gone in person due to my package not being delivered because it said that I had requested it to be held, which never happened, the person never even attempted to deliver my item, And once I got there in person, all they had was an attitude and acted like they couldn’t help me. All of their employees are disrespectful, no help and underpaid. I’d give a one star if i could.

It’s also listed on their website. When I arrived at 11:55 a.m., I was told they couldn’t help me because they were about to go to lunch. That makes no sense customers shouldn’t be turned away during advertised walk-in hours because staff are taking a lunch break. If walk-in hours are from noon to 1 p.m., customers should be able to receive service during that time. How are customers supposed to know not to come during walk-in hours because an employee is going to lunch?

Phones open at 830 am voicemail is full and nobody answers at all!. Called the 800 number too and still cant speak with a human. How are we supposed to speak with a post master?
