Everything from packages being marked delivered that aren't to even when I tried to fix the problem I was met with attitudes. Walking in here daily feels like Russian roulette with how you're going to be treated some days fine other days like your trash and you're bothering them. There is one person in that whole building who actually gives a damn about what happens to the customers. Thank you Bobby Diaz for actually trying to make someone's life better. I literally watched my mailman the other day deliver a box to my place where he dropped the box down onto the ground and kicked it up against the wall with his foot. This is not uncommon I guess I should be happy it showed up at all. I was taking my time to go to the Post office daily to pick up packages because of the delivery issues I was having. After a couple weeks I was told I can't do that anymore either. Go figure I was asking them to do less work and that was still a problem. I would go in pretty much every day and be told that I had no packages and then I'd have to prove to them that I did so they would go find them. I was approached by somebody who wasn't even in my conversation and told that the postmaster would not allow me to have my mail picked up anymore. The man never even introduced himself. I had to directly ask "who are you?" It has honestly been one of the worst places I've done business with. Hope this helps whoever is reading it. Do yourself a favor and use FedEx or UPS.
