- ZCZena ChararaOct 8, 20261.0I have been coming to this location for the seven years that I’ve lived here and anytime my packages are not taped Shut The staff happily does it for me and charges me $1 per package. A new employee female refused to do it for me and I grabbed my packages and said I will go to a different store who will happily do it for me and employee said OK you could take them then. She kept insisting I purchased tape and do it myself. Owner, just so you’re aware of Lehigh Street and Cedarcrest will happily do it for a fee and I’m willing to pay that fee. I will never return to your store with your awful service. An owner just so you’re aware the staff member was not busy and there was no one in the store. I said I will tell the owner when I see her and she said you can go ahead and do so. Just got to the Cedarcrest store and they have the best customer service as well as well as Lehigh Street. Shame that you hire such horrible staff. I was so kind and polite and calmly collected my things and walked out since I see in previous reviews Your store tends to blaming the customer when they’re upset.
