Just dropped off a return to Amazon. The UPS worker was helpful and pleasant. I have found all the UPS workers at this location to be helpful in whatever I have been doing - copies, returns, newsletters, etc. I wish that I could drop all my returns here but Amazon keeps changing the return locations based on the item.

Very helpful sales person. Helped me in with some big boxes. It was a great experience that I was dreading and I was in and out. She was a very friendly helpful person.

So it happened that I got to the store at Whiteoak, excellent service. The ladies were very welcoming. Finished up and sat in the car to pull up a return qr, lost track of time and then it was 6.33pm, they still let me in to drop off, 1. Cos they're nice 2. Cos they just saw me leave

Have used this store for years. Basically for Amazon returns until today when we had to have a vintage pedal car packed for shipment to CO. Our experience was great! From talking on phone with Emily getting an estimate of cost, to LaVonne packing it for shipment. We had lunch while she was packing it, she called when finished. Was able to print label from Ebay while there & car is on its way to new owner. Definitely use them again for packing the big stuff.

I don’t normally frequent this location but stopped here while in the area to ship a package. I ship this same package for my company every three months. Same size and weight everytime. When asked what type of shipping I wanted I responded that I’d like to do whatever was cheapest. The girl helping me was very nice, however when she gave me the total for shipping it was double what it normally cost for me to ship this same package. I politely asked if she was sure that was correct because it’s never that much and she just starred at me. Didn’t double check to make sure something wasn’t entered incorrectly or explain why the shipping might have gone up. I told her I’d take the package to my usual UPS location to ship it. I stopped at the other location this morning and it was indeed half the price of what this store quoted me to ship it. I’ll drive out of my way before ever stopping at this store again.
