- JEJamie EckmanOct 2, 20262.0I came in to get passport picture taken (had all documents done and ready). Paul is not very friendly. He is just rude and unpleasant to deal with. We waited 20 mins past our appt time..ok fine eventhough we had to be 10 mins early...no big deal. But his people skills and just rude behavior was unacceptable. For now on for my passports I will go elsewhere. I can see why I do not go to this post office.
- ABArlene BorightJun 24, 20265.0This is my first time at the Wexford location and I had a great experience. I went to 2 other post offices to find the right box to mail a backpack. I was quoted $35 at one, another didn't have a smaller box. Thankfully I found this friendly post office with excellent customer service. It's well stocked. Extremely helpful employee Molly helped me find the perfect box and offered to help reinforce sealing the box. Great customer service. Steven was also very helpful with check out. I saved $10 coming here. I watched both Molly and Steven interact with other customers and they were so friendly I can tell they enjoy their job and the customers like coming in. Overall a positive vibe.
