- LHL HMar 27, 20231.0The employee named Kelly is very unprofessional, rude and does not want to be bothered to help customers with anything. She hung up on me after telling me to call back in 30 minutes and once I did call back asking for her help she said I can find someone else to help me and took the phone off the hook. I couldn't get help through the online portal and a representative told me to call the local post office. She has had the phone off the hook for over an hr and once she puts it back on and I call she answers to hang it up. Worst attitude since the very beginning. What happened to the wonderful customer service this post office had?! If she hates her job that much do not work for the public!
- MHmelissa hoffmanFeb 22, 20211.0Driver cant deliver my mail due to snow but can deliver to the mailbox sitting right next to it and pull out on to road in front of my mailbox. I haven't had any mail delivered in almost a week but again the neighbors sure have. Lady at post office was no help.
- SGS GraceOct 21, 20164.0Everyone at this post office is extremely nice- except for Norma. You can tell that she is miserable and then acts like it towards the customers. I am not writing this review on a one time experience or to target someone, but from multiple encounters with her. Other then cranky Norma, this is a great post office. More people should support their local post office.
