  Today, July 5th, Staples Employee Andrew was very Polite, Professional, and Patient for assisting me with the Fax machine. He certainly is a Plus for this Staples store.

  As always great experience with the West Chester Staples. Assembly of total product was done quickly and efficiently. This is the third year I have used the Print Services for a 500 page report

  DO NOT USE for UPS Access Point- a locker that SHOULD hold my items until I pick them up. However, the employees just do whatever they want with your packages. The first time they signed for the item and then handed it back to the carrier, thus making it seem to the sender like the item was delivered and in my possession. The employee who actually signed for it was there and had no explanation. I spent days trying to track it down and had to drive half an hour to a local mail warehouse or be out hundreds of dollars for my items. Second time I came to pick up another package — which was marked delivered — and the employee was extremely rude He proceeded to tell me that they had the package a few days ago but then sent it back the next day because it was an item that required an adult signature and they have underage employees who they “ don’t want around the item”. Perhaps lock up my package like you’re required to do, and if you don’t trust your employees not to steal someone’s package then why are they working there? Needless to say, false advertising that this is a legitimate UPS Access Point and rude employees. The Amazon returns are always a bother as well — very rude employees.
