  It is always a seamless process when returning items and the owner is always friendly, kind and more than willing to help. I spend more time there than I’d like to admit and have never had a bad experience.

  This location is the worst UPS to go to. They’re so condescending. As everyone else in the reviews, Amazon packages are such a pain. They have so much to say but make the customers do the work. Even when you do the work it’s a problem all packages have to be in the clear bag, blah blah. I think management needs to go there and tell them how to treat customers and packages cause this location is lacking associates that care about their customers and their packages.

  Went back to this store just because I was in the area and maybe some change had happened since I was there last. Nope still telling people to use the Amazon return area even though it is busy and the associates are not. I left because the person in front of me had several returns and was having some trouble herself. (Plus a kid was hanging all over her) I just thought the UPS associates would be there to help move the line along. Like the other associates do in all the other UPS stores in this area. But I guess this is the one store that doesn’t care.

  Called in advance and employee assured me shipping dry ice wasn't an issue. 30 minutes later the "store manager" calls with a s*** attitude and tells me what I was told wrong after already being almost there. Time and gas wasted. Went to FedEx down the street and took care of it no problem.
