- MWMatt WeikNov 30, 20211.0When you call, don't expect anyone to answer the phone. I've been calling for days trying to get someone to help me understand why the mail carrier has skipped several of our houses for days now. We are now going on four days of not getting any mail, and I have the informed delivery emails showing what was supposed to be delivered each of those days. If you go to the post office and deal with the man with the ponytail, be prepared to leave, wishing never to go back. He's one of the grumpiest people I've ever encountered. I'm incredibly frustrated with the services from this post office.

Waited and waited and waited..... could hear conversations going on all along.... waited for about 20mns than hangup.... called over 20 times within 2 hours and the call couldnt be process.... guess why ?? The phone is still on the desk waiting for somebody to pick up.... unprofessional crew and lack of care !
