I show up to mail a letter and this place is inexplicably closed from 2 PM to 3 PM for lunch. What kind of weird hours for a lunch break is that? And unlike many post offices they don’t have a self service thing out front where you can just buy a simple stamp.

It feels like a cave. The people who work there always seem really annoyed about having to speak to you. It would be hard for them to be any less helpful. They move at a snail's pace so there's almost always a line stretching to the door. Out at the curb, the mailbox is usually overflowing, so you have to pay the parking meter and go inside to mail your letter. I hate everything about going to this place.

I go to this Post Office frequently. I have had a good experience for the most part. They have always been very helpful and courteous to me.

It's impossible to do much of anything here. Delivery service is utter trash - whenever a package is sent to me USPS I know that there is a 100% chance I'll have to wait until Saturday to pick it up. The mailman doesn't even knock on the door to see if I'm home to sign for it; he just fills out the notice slip and leaves it. They don't even bother taking the package out in the off chance that I'm home. A delivery service stops being a delivery service when it doesn't even try to deliver. I'm constantly receiving my neighbor's mail, which makes me wonder how much of mine might be out there.
The one and only pro is that the building looks nice from the outside and is in a convenient spot. Inside, it's a literal dungeon and is staffed by downright hostile employees. Seems to be a problem exclusive to Wayne, as every other post office I've been to from LA to New York was well lit and staffed by people who could at least fake professional pleasantries. Recently I had to go to King of Prussia for my passport (thank God that Wayne doesn't have their passport service anymore), and it was a very nice experience. I'd rather catch hammers with my teeth than do even simple things at Wayne.
