  UPS is terrible. I went to this store with a prepaid label. I had a return and just needed a box and packing because I didn't have the original packaging or anything else at home the right size. It was over $40 to buy a box and have the item simply place in the box and sealed. This service was grossly overpriced and opted to try to find alternatives. I am now awaiting delivery of a package from UPS which requires signature. There was allegedly a delivery attempt yesterday which failed, even though I was home. No attempt was made to contact me via phone or using the building intercom system. No genuine effort was made to deliver this package. If delivery attempt continue to fail, the item will be sent back to the seller, as a return and I am told I will have to place another order. I would strongly advise using USPS over UPS, especially if a package requires special handling and you are in a building with a security door. USPS has the ability to enter buildings that UPS and Fed Ex do not.
