I will no longer order things online and have packages delivered because I don’t wanna deal with the hassle. And why is it we live in a state where it snows and they only have 2 wheel drive trucks?

Every other type of delivery driver wouldn't get paid if they don't deliver the packages. But of course since it's federal, the post office can still get paid without doing their job. Also tell me why, when penndot destroys 7 of my mailboxes within 3 years, the post office gets angry and scolds me them having to hold our mail? You all get paid more than me, so do your job and stop wasting my time and gas.

I send my mail through a different post office in a neighboring city when I need to send anything out. My mail is almost always soaking wet in my mailbox when it is snowing/raining. I am still receiving mail for people that lived in my apartment 5 years ago despite consistently returning it. It is so frustrating and I wish there were a more reliable customer service to speak with.
