Katie at the Warrington office was warm and kind. She welcomed us in without an appointment and processed our three passports efficiently. Thank you for your patience and kindness, Katie!

- LHLauren HeineJul 25, 20231.0PASSPORT WARNING: hours posted online are allegedly wrong. If you’re thinking of going on Saturday for a walk-in appointment, don’t. My husband and I went an hour out of our way with two kids (bc if you’re applying for first time passports for kids both parents have to be there or you have to get stuff notarized) on Saturday instead of taking everyone out of camp and work for a whole day. We were rudely turned away at 9:15 in the morning along with 5 other people in line for the same reason. Apparently we ALL read the website wrong or the information presented on the US Passport and post office websites was wrong. Either way, the woman was rude and basically yelled at us saying we have to make an appointment (which defeats the whole “walk in” definition but I digress). Don’t waste your time, don’t try to understand it, don’t try to explain what surely dozens of people have already exasperated at length with less than helpful post office employees. I’m grateful this is not my normal post office.

I just moved to this area, walked in for the first time and got the worst attitude and nasty facial expressions when I asked a question ! Manager Steve seems very nice, but lacks a control in this facility to tame the attitude and rude, unprofessionalism !!!
