- MMMarJul 13, 20261.0I live in Ohio and was sending a package to someone else in Ohio and usps decided to ship it to Warrendale, the package was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. It’s now almost been a week and the tracking has no updates. It says it been in warrendale in transit since the 9th. It’s now the 13th. I don’t even know what’s going on with the package now. Disappointing and makes me look bad for my shop.

- SOSean OutmanJun 17, 20261.0I recently sent a package on June 1st. The last update I received was on June 4th through USPS, where the package had arrived at Warrendale PA distribution center. There have been no further updates since then. It is now the 17th of June, I put in a missing mail request, and tried to reach out to the postmaster of the distribution center with no luck as I am sent to voicemail when I call. I placed a call to a USPS representative who said oh it's at Warrendale like she knew they would lose it. They then told me the package was on its way to the recovery center in Atlanta. It was from Atlanta, and sent to Pittsburg originally. We still don't know where it is. Screenshot is from 17 June 2026.
- BWBill WeaklandJun 9, 20261.0I can't even give any stars about this place, because I now remember that a few orders from Kohl's had disappeared after they arrived at the Warrendale Pa. Distribution Center. This is not the reason I'm writing this review today. The reason is I am totally confused about a delivery that I was expecting to receive yesterday from VA Medical by 9:30 pm. This is the information I got when I tracked the package, also it stated that the package arrived at the Westover, Pa. Facility at about 8:30 am. Which seemed reasonable because Westover, Pa. is roughly 7 to 10 minutes away from Hastings Pa. where I live. Well the package never made it to my address last night. I tracked the package this morning and it was still in Westover, Pa. So I figured I would receive today. Well nothing arrived today either, so I tracked it again after I did not receive said package. Now the update is that for some reason they decided instead of sending the package from Westover, Pa. to the post office in Hastings, Pa. which again is 7-10 minutes away. The package was sent to Warrendale, Pa. distribution center, which is well over 2 1/2 hours away. The problem I have is the package is a medication that I only have to take once the night before I have be at the medical center for testing for a newly diagnosed medical issue. So I'm just confused as to why this has happened and am I going to receive this medication I need?
