The reason that this place so busy is because the surrounding USPS’ do not follow their own posted hours. David Steiner the Post Master General wants USPS to fail! Why are we letting some bozo determine OUR mail? Is this even America anymore? Saw a flag on the ground on my way, maybe it’s a sign.

I have been using this USPS location for the past 2-3 months to drop off prepaid Vinted packages, and until today, every experience had been excellent. I have shipped around 10 packages from this location without a single issue. The older lady who usually worked the counter was always kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant. She would scan prepaid packages and provide an acceptance receipt, giving proof that the packages had been dropped off. I always appreciated her professionalism, and honestly, she was one of the reasons I enjoyed coming to this location. Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion of this post office. I asked my mother to stop by this morning (June 17, around 9:30 a.m.) to drop off two prepaid Vinted shipments for me, one box and one mailer. Both already had prepaid shipping labels attached. There was nothing to purchase, no postage to pay for, and nothing complicated about the transaction. After waiting several minutes for someone to come to the counter, a different employee finally appeared. Instead of greeting or simply scanning the packages, she immediately began lecturing her in a rude, condescending, and arrogant tone. She insisted that my mother should have used self-service, repeatedly stated that she was not supposed to provide an acceptance receipt, and claimed we should have brought a "manifest," even though these were simply prepaid Vinted packages. We have dropped off prepaid shipments at this location many times before and have never once been told this. And if there was a different procedure she preferred, there is a respectful way to explain it. This was not it. What made the experience even more disturbing was that this employee repeatedly criticized the older employee who had always helped us. She claimed the previous employee had been doing everything "wrong," had "ruined" the office, and even suggested that management would make sure she would no longer be working there. Speaking negatively about a coworker in front of customers is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. Throughout the interaction, my mother remained polite, yet the employee continued speaking to her as if she had done something wrong for simply dropping off prepaid packages. She even provided only one acceptance receipt despite accepting two separate shipments. My mother called me immediately afterward because she was so upset, and I felt terrible because I was the one who had asked her to stop by the post office for me. No customer should leave feeling embarrassed, belittled, or talked down to over something as simple as dropping off prepaid packages. If management reads this review, please check who was working the front counter on June 17 at approximately 9:30 a.m. She was Indian, middle aged woman. That is the employee this review is about. We genuinely enjoyed coming to this USPS location because of the friendly and professional service we consistently received from the previous employee. After today's experience, however, we will most likely drive to a different post office, even if it's farther away, simply to avoid being treated this way again. I sincerely hope management takes this review seriously and investigates what happened that morning. Customer service used to be one of this location's greatest strengths, and it only takes one employee with an arrogant and dismissive attitude to undo the goodwill that took years to build. Customers remember how they are treated. If this is how customers are routinely spoken to, I have no doubt others will choose to take their business elsewhere as well. Excellent customer service keeps customers coming back. This interaction did exactly the opposite.

Mr Personality there took my letter that I had to mail today. Didn't tell me how much I needed to pay, didn't offer a receipt, didn't seem to care about any review.

Never had a problem here. It's a post office. Open until 2 on Saturdays. They also have a self-service machine in the front so you don't have to wait in the line if you have a prepaid package.
