- CJChef JamaicaAug 12, 20263.0I’ve used this post office a number of times, and overall it’s pretty convenient. The location is usually clean, the wait is normally not too long, and the staff members I’ve dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. The only thing that can be confusing is the lunch schedule. Sometimes the counter seems to close for lunch and other times it stays open, so it can be difficult to know what to expect depending on when you arrive. Overall, it’s a convenient location with good customer service. A little more consistency with the lunch hours would make the experience even better.

- IIIrynaAug 8, 20261.0I have also visited this location, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The employee was unfriendly and seemed to argue with or refuse almost every request. For example, when I asked her to scan my package, she told me to just put it in the general drop-off box instead. What made me especially uncomfortable was that she refused to take the package directly from my hands and told me to put it on the counter first before she would take it. This interaction made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. The most concerning part was the customer service rating screen. Instead of allowing me to choose my own rating, she turned the screen toward herself and selected a positive rating for her own service. I would not have given that rating based on my experience. Customers should have the right to provide their own honest feedback. I sincerely hope management pays attention to this issue. Warminster is a large community, and residents deserve to have a local post office where they feel welcome and are treated with respect. Better customer service and a friendlier attitude would make a big difference.
