- AKAutumn Knepp4 days ago1.0This post office is listed as being open until 4:45pm Monday through Friday. While the doors are unlocked and the lights are on, there is not actual staff at the post office during the listed hours. Granted, this is the summer, and there are less students, but when you need to mail a package for work, and the post office isn't actually open, it was a waste of my time and my employer's time.
- AHAlexei HavakaJan 15, 20255.0Front desk person was helpful and understanding of my package issue. Although the person did send my inquiry to the downtown USPS location. Turns out the downtown office is the main building that does all of the package issues. So this place is purely to ship out mail.
- SDSarah-Kate D.Dec 17, 20184.0It's a small post office and they sometimes run out of certain mailing supplies due to the heavy volume of customers. I wish they had a priority mail drop bin, so we don't have to wait in line to drop off prepaid mail. I also think it would help if they got a part-time employee to help during the peak hours. During those times, the line is to the door! The guy that runs it is incredible and super efficient at moving the line, but I wish he had some help during those busy times.
